Reaux Medical Molding is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified. We perform standard first article inspection and 100% visual inspection per customer request. Our molding process can hold dimensional standards to 1% or .002 whichever is greater depending on the configuration of the part and .002 x .010 flash extension. Tolerances may be able to be held tighter depending on the configuration of the part and flash tolerances can be improved using secondary operations such as cryogenic de-flashing.
